Perfektes Outfit für die Arbeit: Schwarz. Vielleicht – wenn die Gelegenheit sich ergibt – hohe Schuhe, sonst Sneaker. Hauptsache bequem, denn es ist weniger glamourös als man denkt. Die meiste Zeit fordere ich per Mail Samples an und nach dem Shooting verschicke ich jene wieder. Die Shootings sind stressig und man muss oft am Boden sitzen. Deswegen kaufe ich mir jetzt auch bald einen Jogginghose.
Karl Lagerfeld meinte ja „Wer eine Jogginghose trägt, hat die Kontrolle über sein Leben verloren.“
Aber wann hatte ich die je? Ich stehe einfach auf Chaos und unkontrolliertes Dasein.
Im übrigen: das Bild im Hintergrund ist von meinem Dad. Und irgendwie fehlt es mir. Es gibt mir das Gefühl von Zuhause sein. Denn nach einem harten Tag ist es genau das, was mir am meisten abgeht – Zuhause.

The perfect outfit: it has to be black. Sometimes with high heels, but most of the time paired up with Sneakers – otherwise I wouldn’t be able to handle the whole day at work. Working at VOGUE really isn’t as glamorous as one might expect. While shooting and packing stuff, I’m sitting on the floor most of the time – time to get a pair of sweat pants! Even though Karl Lagerfeld thinks that „Sweatpants are a sign of defeat. You lost control of your life so you bought some sweatpants“, I really don’t care, control of my life is not something I’ve ever had anyways. I love chaos.
In case you’re wondering: the painting in the background is from my dad. I miss it, because it stands for my home place. After a long day of work, I just miss to sit on my couch and to have a look on it.
